Robin & I just love celebrating YOU, our loyal community of designers!

Here in United States, one of our favorite national holidays is Thanksgiving! We in the jewelry industry knows exactly what that means: Black Friday, Small Business Saturday and Cyber Monday!

We love this holiday because it's an opportunity to show grateful we are for all that is going well in our businesses and in our lives. It is also the perfect time to express our gratitude to our customers.

Making your customers feel appreciated will take you leaps and bounds with building a jewelry business full of repeat, happy clients who remember YOU when it’s time to place the next order.

We’ll start by saying THANK YOU to YOU, the amazing Flourish & Thrive Academy Community (stay posted for special treats all weekend long plus a secret Black Friday Sale).

In a bit, Robin is going to talk about some of her favorite ways to make your customers feel important.

But before we do that we did a round-up some of our favorite posts to help you with your sales & marketing efforts over the next few days since Black Friday, Small Business Saturday and Cyber Monday are just around the corner.
