Courses
Are your programs only for jewelry designers?

Our focus is mainly on the business of jewelry and the jewelry industry. Tracy is a 20 year Vet of the jewelry industry and Robin is a product sales maven. Yes, this is a niche corner of business, but we wanted to get deep, down and dirty to help jewelry designers and makers have a successful business.

With that being said, many of the business techniques we teach are translatable to all sorts of product based businesses. To get the most value, you’ll have to take our information and cater it to your business. Many of the principles that we teach are very helpful for product based businesses of all kinds.

When are your programs offered?

We offer many types of programs from DIY evergreen courses, 6-week live courses and 4 month interactive courses. While the evergreen courses are available any time, the live and interactive courses are scheduled at certain times each year.

How do the courses work?

All of our courses are delivered digitally. You will receive an email once you enroll with all of the details for the next steps.

Some of our courses are email driven, while other courses are video driven. ALL of our courses require you to take action and implement what you have learned.

What if I can’t afford the courses?

Investing in yourself can be a scary thing! We get it. Your time is valuable, and you want to make sure you get the most for your investment.

We offer years of experience, knowledge and expertise that might take you the course of a career to learn on your own. Plus, we created a community you can use to build relationships in the industry. The support of our community of designers is invaluable.

So ponder this: what is your time worth vs. the immediate expertise we can offer?

We understand that everyone values a personal investment differently. If taking our courses will put you in financial hardship, we recommend that you soak up all of our FREE content or check out the payment plans that we offer along with each course.

Why do payment plans cost more than paying in full up front?

We realize that our courses are an investment therefore we offer payment plans to help those who have difficulty coming up with all of the funds to pay for a course up front.

Typically, payment plans cost a wee bit more than paying for a course up front. When we offer a payment plan, it costs us more to manage administratively. We are also charged additional fees by our bank. We are simply passing those additional costs on to you.

How do I log in to access my courses? Do I need a separate login for each course?

Currently, all courses are hosted on separate website. You will receive an email with access to the course login details. You will need to set up a separate username a password for each course.

(We are working on one member site for all courses and once it’s set up, you have access to all of your courses with one login. We are planning this to launch by the end of 2014 or sooner.)

How long do I have access to your courses?

Most of our courses have lifetime access unless otherwise noted.

I can’t log into the member site or I can’t see that was released. What should I do?

If you have enrolled in multiple courses, make sure you are on the correct page for the course you are trying to access. Before emailing for support, please clear your cache and history on your computer. If you still can’t login, reset your password.

I’m logged to the member site, but I can’t see the newest training or video. What should I do?

Typically, if a new training is released and you can’t see it, 98% of the time it is a browser issue. Log out then log back in. Clear your cache, clear your history and try a different browser.

How can I work one-on-one with you?

We primarily work one-one-one with clients via our mastermind intensives. We do occasionally take on a limited number of clients for private consultation and coaching.

Our mastermind program is a 9 month intensive for jewelry designers who are ready to take their businesses to the next level.

This program was developed for designers who are serious about taking their businesses to the next level. You must be ready to take action and implement what you’ve learned.

We believe that businesses grow via referral. If you would like to become one of our affiliate partners, we pay a 50% commission on sales. We understand that the best affiliates are those that have either taken our courses or market to creative product based entrepreneurs.
