Over the weekend, I did it again! I got completely overwhelmed, bagged my writing and designing list and cleaned out my closets instead! I’m not kidding…
While my closets did need a little work, I had some time sensitive topics I needed to write about and I blew them off completely. It’s now Tuesday morning and I am super stressed. My thoughts are completely jumbled and the stacks of paper on my desk are taking over my mental energy and space.
I call this a the dark side of my creativity… disorganization.
Lately, I’ve learned that I am not alone in this creative/disorganized combo plight. So many other designers struggle with the same issue. That’s why I’ve decided to share a few tricks I use to help me get a lot done really quickly!

Productivity is all about finishing one thing at a time. By using these tools, you’ll save yourself a lot of time, money and energy. Remember, half finished projects are useless until they are completed. So go out there and get some stuff done!
