Working On Your Business
Knowing the difference between working on your business and working in your business is so important in becoming a visionary. If you’re serious about upleveling your business, it will mean stepping away from certain parts of your business.
Once you reach a certain point in sales, try hiring out some of the less strategic work like responding to emails or actually making the jewelry. This allows you to focus on business growth and the design aspect!
Betting on Your Strengths
Having the mindset of working on your business means you can focus on what you really do best. Being a business owner, you’re probably really good at connecting with people and coming up with ideas!
Often times, you might feel like you have to do everything because it’s your business. This couldn’t be further from the truth! Betting on your strengths and hiring out your weaknesses is a sign of a great leader.
Learning to Let Go
Pivoting in business can be a painful process. Do you ever wish you could change gears a little and focus on a new niche or design style?
Guess what? You can! It might be difficult at first, but eventually you need to be serving your creative side.
