Style v. Sales
If you’re selling at higher price points, a beautifully branded website is super important. Your price point needs to match your branding. If you have luxury items but your website isn’t leveled up customers won’t take you seriously.
It’s really important to have not only a beautifully branded website, but a high converting website as well. Just because a site is pretty doesn’t mean it will make people buy. It doesn’t have to be one or the other! It’s possible to have a beautiful website that has a design and flow that will lead to sales even for expensive jewelry!
Give Them Your Digits
Buying expensive jewelry online is a risk, so people are gonna want to know they can trust you. One way to do this super well, is to give them lots of ways to contact you. You can have a live chat or facebook messenger button right on your website so clients can talk with you right away instead of having to wait for an email response. It’s super easy to use, trust me!
Don’t be afraid to talk on the phone! Chats are really convenient, but having a way for customers to speak with you personally makes it easier for clients to get to know you and trust that you’re the real deal!
Using Video to Build Trust
Video is a huge tool that can be used in a variety of ways! You can use it to address any fears or concerns your customers might have about working with you. Video is a great opportunity for potential clients to see what it’s like to work with you and get a feel for your brand story. It’s never a bad idea to build trust and get your customers excited about working with you!
