Whether you’re building a personal or product brand, showing up and being seen can feel vulnerable. We’ll crush through any visibility blocks or challenges with somatic work, intentional strategy, and masterminding to think outside the box.

The Format:

Over the three days, we’ll do deep work that includes expert guest speakers sessions, workshop-style collaborations, somatic healing, mindset work, masterminding, and more. My gift is curating a transformative experience that leaves you walking out inspired, challenged, and upleveled.

Each attendee will receive a HotSeat to support their biggest challenge in business. As a group, we’ll work together to solve the problems that arise and learn from each other’s brilliance. I’m so excited to host this experience for you!

About Your Host

Tracy Matthews is on a mission to change the face of running your business by empowering leaders to embrace their gifts to become creative forces of nature. Her background in wellness, creativity, and holistic healing, combined with her experience of running four companies for the past thirty years, makes her retreats a unique experience. She’s here to help you overcome burnout and find the fun and creative spark again that fuels your creativity and growth.

What’s Included in Your All-Inclusive VIP Retreat Experience:

The Three-Day Event: The event will run roughly from 9 to 5 pm on days one and two and end by 4 pm on day three. The event location is in Scottsdale, AZ, close to Old Town, in a private space.
Masterminding with your peers: The best part about masterminds is the slide conversations and connections.
Lunch and Snacks Both Days: We’ll serve lunch and snacks for all dietary restrictions to nourish your mind and soul during the retreat.
Aesthetic Dinner on Night #2 To Connect With Your Peers: We’ll have a group dinner on night two to celebrate the evolution of your brand.
Materials and Workbook: Each attendee will receive materials and a workbook to facilitate their transformation.
Direct VIP level access to Tracy, the Speakers, and Other High-Achieving Creatives to open up the magic within you.
VIP Swag Bag: We’ll be gifting you some valuable treats and swag along the way (don’t worry, this won’t be stuff you want to ditch in your hotel before your flight).

Use the airport code PHX; it is a 22-minute drive from the airport to the Hilton Garden Inn, 24 minutes from the airport to the Marriott, 19 minutes from the airport to Aiden Scottsdale, & 21 minutes from the airport to Sonesta Suites.

There are also regional airports, including Mesa and Scottsdale, for specialty airlines like Spirit and JSX.
