What we do:

We are the industry leaders in mentoring jewelry brands to launch, grow and scale successful 6 and 7 figure brands using our Desired Brand Effect Framework. To date, we have supported more than 8500+ designers, makers, and brands through our products, courses, and coaching programs. Our main source of lead generation and revenue is through free masterclass, webinars, and workshops that lead into a sales funnel with traffic coming from organic social media, SEO, and paid advertising.

The position is remote. We have a small virtual team (currently 10 core team + freelancers) with team members from around the world. The CEO lives in Scottsdale, Arizona. If you live in the area, that’s a bonus. You will be required to be available and to work our business hours 10-6 pm MST. We offer some flexibility for you to work when you’re most productive as long as you are available for meetings and to be online when our team is working.

If you’re someone who:
  • Loves all aspects of marketing and all it can do to grow a company quickly.
  • Has worked for a business coach or an educator in the online space.
  • Knows how to fill a coaching program from lead generation, nurture and sales via webinars and call funnels.
  • Has great leadership skills.
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Wants to share what you know and learn what you don’t.
  • Doesn’t settle for good, but strives for great.

Then this position is for you!

Your Job Responsibilities:
  • Work with the Visionary to develop the launch calendar, oversee funnel mapping, and all launch activities to ensure success.
  • Manage the day-to-day marketing efforts that grow the company.
  • Coordinate funnel mapping with input from key stakeholders to plan launches and brand / community-building efforts, including scoping and monitoring workflows.
  • Oversee the content strategy, including email marketing + newsletters, weekly podcast, social media, and development of key assets like books or quizzes to generate leads.
  • Track KPIs across all marketing channels to identify areas of opportunity, weakness, etc.
  • Support the marketing team to ensure everyone has the training and collaboration from leadership and teammates they need to excel in their performance.
  • Map out ideas for marketing promotions, challenges, webinars, content, product launches, and podcasts.
  • Liaison and own correspondence with the Ads team.
  • Oversee and contribute to social media content, strategy and campaigns.
Core Competencies and Traits:

  • Organized: Superior organizational and time management skills; excellent attention to detail; thrives on hitting deadlines on time or early.
  • Strategic: Sees the big picture while being able to get into the details of the project and see it through to completion.
  • Creative: Loves trying new things, leaning into trends, and coming up with new ideas while doubling down on the strategies that already work well.
  • Great Communicator: Excellent English communication skills (verbal, written, presentation).
  • Leader: Handles multiple priorities autonomously in a fast paced working environment while managing other internal and external team members to exceed company goals.
  • Team Player | A Player: A-Type personality with a “Can Do” attitude who loves to lead and contribute to projects. “That’s not my job” is not in your vocabulary.
  • Direct Experience in content creation/direction, and storytelling through mediums like email, blog, infographics, social media, case studies and videos.
  • Data-Driven: Comfortable identifying key metrics, working with and using data to talk about the outcomes of marketing strategies.
