Last week I challenged 300 people to try a super simple follow-up strategy to make an online sale.
After trying it, many of the participants reported making multiple sales: upwards of $350 per sale!

Step #1: Send a manual text message (or DM or email, but text works best) to a previous customer who purchased on your website (or at an in-person show). Then check in on their purchase from a place of service and wait for a response.
Step #2: Once they respond (assuming it’s a good one), offer them a product that coordinates with the piece(s) they’ve already purchased and the link to your website.
With the right script (this part is important) and authentic approach, this simple text message strategy will help you increase your overall sales by a minimum of 20%, especially if you’re consistent with it!
