Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview

The 21-Day Creativity to Cash Flow Challenge (“Program”) is a digital training and revenue-generating activity challenge offered by Creative Launchpad Holdings LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”).

By enrolling, you (“Participant,” “you,” “your”) agree to the terms below. The Program includes 21 days of audio trainings, prompts, and actionable activities.

Your purchase includes 45 days of access to the Program materials from the date of enrollment.

2. Payment and Enrollment

The Program fee is $21 USD, payable at checkout. All payments are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including lack of participation.
Your purchase grants you one user account. Sharing, transferring, or selling access is strictly prohibited.

3. Access Duration

You receive access to the Program for 45 days from your date of purchase.After 45 days, access to all materials, audio trainings, and challenge content expires unless:
  1. You upgrade to lifetime access, or
  2. You enroll in the Jewelry Sales Accelerator (JSA), which includes access to the challenge as part of the program.
No extensions, pauses, or access resets will be provided.

4. Upgrade Options

You may be offered an optional upgrade to gain:

  • Lifetime access to the Program content
  • Community access or continued support, if applicable

Upgrade pricing and terms will be outlined at the time of offer and may require a separate checkout.

5. Access Through the Jewelry Sales Accelerator

If you join the Jewelry Sales Accelerator, our 12-month coaching program:

  • The full 21-Day Creativity to Cash Flow Challenge becomes included as part of your enrollment.
  • Access continues for the duration of your JSA membership.
  • If your JSA membership ends, access to the challenge also ends unless you previously purchased lifetime access separately.

6. No Refunds

Due to the digital and instantly accessible nature of the Program, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Not completing the Program
  • Not seeing expected results
  • Business changes
  • “Buyer’s remorse”
  • Technical issues on your device (we provide support but cannot control user hardware/software)

All sales are final.

7. Cancellation Policy

This Program is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
There is no cancellation or refund option after checkout.
You may decline upgrades or future offers at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

All Program materials—including audios, scripts, frameworks, worksheets, videos, prompts, slides, and any additional content—are owned exclusively by Creative Launchpad Holdings LLC.

You receive a limited, personal-use license only. You may not:

  • Copy, share, or distribute content
  • Upload Program materials into AI tools for redistribution
  • Resell or repurpose content
  • Use content to create competing programs, challenges, or trainings
  • Share your login with others

Violation may result in immediate removal without refund and potential legal action.

9. Results Disclaimer

This Program teaches sales-generating actions and revenue-boosting activities.

The Company does not guarantee:

  • Income
  • Revenue increases
  • Sales outcomes
  • Business growth
  • Any specific results

Your results depend on your implementation, business model, industry, and external factors.

All testimonials or examples represent individual experiences and are not guarantees.

10. Technology + Platform Access

The Program may be delivered through platforms such as email, Telegram, membership portals, or third-party delivery systems.

We are not responsible for outages, downtime, or access issues caused by third-party tools.

You are responsible for ensuring:

  • A stable internet connection
  • Updated devices
  • Whitelisting or correct email filtering

11. Behavioral Guidelines

You agree not to engage in:

  • Harassment or abusive behavior toward staff or other participants
  • Sharing inappropriate content
  • Attempting to extract or reverse-engineer proprietary content
  • Using the community or Program for spam or solicitation

We may remove participants who violate these guidelines without refund.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you:

  • Have read and agree to these Terms
  • Understand this is a final sale
  • Understand access is limited to 45 days unless you upgrade or join JSA
  • Accept full responsibility for your business decisions and results
