Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us” refers to Creative Launchpad Holdings LLC.“Member,” “you,” or “your” refers to the individual or entity purchasing and accessing Desire AI.“Desire AI” refers to the membership, platform, digital tools, prompts, trainings, and all related content delivered as part of the subscription.

2. Subscription Commitment

By enrolling in Desire AI, you authorize the Company to charge the payment method provided for the subscription plan and term selected at checkout.
Your subscription begins on the date of purchase and will continue according to the billing frequency you chose.

3. Payment Authorization

You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription.
You authorize the Company and its payment processors to automatically bill your card or payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel in accordance with this policy.
If a payment fails or is declined, you remain responsible for all outstanding amounts owed.

4. Refund Policy

All payments made to the Company for Desire AI are non-refundable. This includes:

  • No partial refunds.
  • No refunds for unused access.
  • No refunds for failure to log in, use, or apply the material.
  • No refunds due to scheduling conflicts, business changes, or dissatisfaction.

By enrolling, you understand you are committing to the full subscription term you selected.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by using the cancellation option inside your account or by contacting our support team at the email address listed on our site.

Canceling does not release you from completing any remaining payments owed for the term you agreed to at enrollment.

  • If you are on a month-to-month plan, cancellation will stop future billing cycles.
  • If you are on a multi-month, annual, or commitment-based plan, cancellation will stop renewal, but you remain responsible for the full commitment.

6. Access After Cancellation

When you cancel:

  • You retain access to Desire AI until the end of your current billing period or commitment term.
  • Access automatically terminates at the end of that period unless you renew.

No prorated access, credits, or time extensions will be granted.

7. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback does not cancel your subscription or release you from payment obligations.If you dispute a payment you authorized, this may result in:

  • Immediate removal from Desire AI
  • Suspension of account access
  • Submission of documentation to your bank proving acceptance of these Terms

Fraudulent chargebacks will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted.

8. Modifications to the Membership

We reserve the right to update, modify, or adjust features, tools, content, and delivery methods of Desire AI at any time without notice.

We may also adjust pricing for future billing cycles, and you will be notified before any price changes apply to your account.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, frameworks, prompts, scripts, templates, trainings, software, and materials inside Desire AI are owned by the Company.

You receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal business use only.

You may not copy, license, distribute, publish, or share content with non-members.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access for any reason, including violation of these Terms, misuse of the platform, harassment of team members, or attempts to reverse-engineer or extract proprietary data.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona.
