    Hi, thanks for the video as this totally feels like me at the moment. The inefficiencies in my workflow are trying to multi task and avoiding doing the sales generating tasks. The thing I am going to do to become more efficient is one task at a time and doing the sales generating tasks first. Thanks for the help and focus.

    the constant emails are something that eats up a huge part of my days! so my one thing would be spending time unsubscribing from more lists and making rules for others to get foldered-thanks ladies for your great tips!

    One area of inefficiency would be time management. I’m definitely guilty of “Multi-tasking’ or in other words “switch-tasking.” I love the idea of documenting everything & creating time blocks for high revenue tasks.
