What a great video – I sure enjoyed the interview with Melissa! I absolutely agree with the importance of press, not necessarily for the immediate excitement – but because it can help give you validity down the road. For myself, this worked well with jewelry publications and tutorials that I had written. I was able to reference these publications when I pitched my book inquiry on jewelry design to a publisher (which was accepted!). These publications were a major asset in my portfolio as a jewelry designer.

Hi, Ladies )) what a cool and fun interview!
Thank you Melissa for the tips it’s right in time for me. I’m participating in Oscars Gift Lounge and I’m going to make everything to get my name out.
Yes I was afraid that I’m brand new but you take this fear away ) I think for the most of us the scariest part is to make follow up calls to editors and start talking about “How cool I am”

Thank you, Tracy for this interview !

I want to take this class! I am so glad you are making this available to us!!

What is holding me back is that I am not sure how to approach the media. I would love to take the class and learn how to do that.

Thank you for sharing with us that this is a possibility available to us!

I am really impressed with your writing skills as well as with the layout on your blog.
Is this a paid theme or did you customize it yourself?
Anyway keep up the nice quality writing, it’s rare to see a
nice blog like this one nowadays.

Woah! I’m really loving the template/theme of this blog.
It’s simple, yet effective. A lot of times it’s difficult to get
that “perfect balance” between superb usability and visual appeal.
I must say you’ve done a great job with this. In addition, the blog loads very fast
for me on Chrome. Excellent Blog!
