When I had my first HUGE month in my custom jewelry business, I blew my goal out of the water.
Honestly, I couldn’t believe it!
I, by FAR, exceeded my expectation of what I was actually capable of. Especially considering that the economy was crap at the time and I was dealing with the aftermath of a failed first business, the results were pretty incredible.
But I did it: I doubled my goal of $15K in profits and actually made $30K in profits.
I realized that the reason I was so successful was dialed down to TWO things:
I created a solid marketing and sales plan AND I took daily action to implement it.
And I’m not the only one: Building sales momentum – whether it’s during the holidays or not – requires planning in advance and daily action to meet your goal. Moving forward, you must be flexible and be able to adjust if your plan isn’t getting you the results you desire.
