Can you believe we are already DEEP into Holiday Selling Season?

I know! Tracy & I can’t believe it either! Before any of us know it, January will be here and we’ll be off to a fresh start on an awesome 2015.

While it’s important to stay present at this time of the year, focus on sales, and attracting DREAM clients, don’t forget to take some time for evaluation! Evaluating your biz now will help you CLEARLY see areas in your business where you succeed, and others that need a little love and attention.

For instance, January is a very important time for those of you who want to sell your jewelry in stores. Buyers are just emerging out of the busy Holiday season. They’re unloading excess inventory and opening up their buy for Spring.

Take a look at your numbers from last year and consider:

  • Who were some of your key accounts?
  • How did your sales measure up to your goals?
  • Where did you fall short of expectations?
  • How can you refocus your efforts to exceed your numbers?

The window is short and it can be easy to miss the boat if you’re not on top of it now!
