#319 How Your Energy Attracts Your Reality
I don’t think I’m alone in saying the past couple years have spurred a tremendous amount of personal growth.
Recently, I’ve had to take a look at the ways I’ve been showing up for myself and for my business. It’s got me thinking about what it means to be resilient.
So, today, I want to get real with you.
You’re here because you’re a leader. You have a vision for the future, and you’re ready to put in the work to make that vision a reality.
No matter what your current situation is, your vision is possible — but it’s not a guarantee.
You have to walk the walk, no matter how stressful things get.
That’s why I want to discuss the energy you’re putting out there. Especially if you aren’t getting what you want in your current situation.
Your current situation does not dictate where you’re going unless you allow it to…
..but it can if you let it.
It’s true that you’ll never have complete control over your situation. When the going gets tough, it’s easy to get wrapped up in all the things you can’t control.
Instead, I urge you to focus on what you can control: you.
Your reactions, your mindset, and your behavior are all yours to dictate. Those are the things that will guide you toward your vision.
This is an invitation to address your story.
When I talk about how your energy attracts your reality, I don’t want to be misconstrued.
Sometimes bad things happen to good people, even though they did nothing to deserve it. It’s one of those things you just don’t have control over.
But you do have the power to get the support you need in order to heal, and I invite you to do so.
That’s the first step toward creating a better situation for yourself that aligns with your values.
Trust me, your engagement will benefit.
Use your story as fuel to move forward.
You have the opportunity to take your situation, your story, and turn it around.
Transform your story into a force that motivates you and inspires those around you.
Not only is this personally fulfilling, but it can help you in business, too. You can use your story to better connect with your audience and nurture deeper relationships with your community.
