Voice: This is your message, your stories, the language that feels true to you. When you master storytelling, you can soft-sell anything without ever feeling pushy or sleazy.

Visibility: Where and how are you showing up? More importantly, does your nervous system feel safe doing it? Visibility isn't just about posting more. It's about showing up as the fullest version of you.

Vibration: The energy you're holding. Are you in survival mode or creative wealth mode? Your vibration determines what you attract.

The Slingshot Moment: Why Going Backward Isn't Failure

Last year, I went through a period I call “the dip.” I was designing a new AI tool for my community, but people didn't get it. My team was confused. I felt misunderstood. Some people lost faith in me.

But here's what I learned: sometimes you have to pull back before you can launch forward.

Like a slingshot, the momentum comes from the tension. The discomfort. The unknown.

On a scale of 1-10, rate yourself in each of these areas:

Vision: How clear are you on what you're building?
Voice: How confident do you feel in your message?
Visibility: How safe does your nervous system feel showing up?
Vibration: Are you in survival or creative wealth mode?

Then ask: Which one is pulling the others down?

That's where you start.
