Don’t you just LOVE getting handwritten thank-you notes and cards? Especially this time of year, it’s such a delight to open an envelope and find a little personal touch inside.

Send Holiday Cheer

When the weather outside is frightful, your buyers and clients will truly appreciate some seasonal warm wishes! If you can, we recommend sending out handwritten cards for all of the year’s major holidays – Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, Valentine’s Day – you name it! Besides, picking out and making cards that match your branding is super fun. You can even send out gifts to your loyal vendors, buyers, and even your customers. Keep in mind that everyone appreciates chocolates, but they’ll appreciate creativity in your thank-you gifts even more!

Donations & Charity

Why not show you care in more ways than one? In lieu of extravagant gifts for your clients, try making a donation to a charity in their name and sending off a handwritten note. If your business already supports a cause, you can even support a charity’s seasonal campaign This is especially great for those of you who work with stores or vendors that are already eco-friendly or support other causes!

The Gifting Experience

While showing your customer’s how much you appreciate their business is always important, customer care during the holiday’s is vital. Why? It’s all about the gifts! If someone is buying a gift for someone, they want the entire process to be absolutely seamless. That includes everything from having pre-made, gift-ready sets and packages, all the way to making sure the order is shipped in a timely manner. Be sure to step up your gift-wrapping and packaging game when sending out a gift, especially this time of year, and don’t forget to send out a personal thank-you to the buyer!
