It's official! Thrive by Design has evolved into Creatives Rule the World, and I couldn't be more excited about this next chapter. After 532 episodes focused primarily on jewelry business owners, I'm expanding my mission to embrace ALL creative entrepreneurs who are ready to step into their highest expression.

The Evolution from Thrive by Design to Creatives Rule the World
For over 10 years, Thrive by Design has been one of the top 0.5% podcasts on the internet, serving jewelry business owners with strategies, mindset shifts, and tactical business advice. But something has been tugging at my heart for a while now.
Time and again, listeners would tell me, “Tracy, this podcast isn't just for jewelry business owners – it's for anyone who runs a creative business.” And they were right! Yet, because I was doing what everyone told me to do – staying in my lane and keeping to my niche – I kept the podcast focused on jewelry designers.
But life is too short not to follow your dreams, and I knew it was time for a change.
The Deeply Personal “Why” Behind My Mission
This rebrand launches on May 18th – my mother's birthday – which holds special significance for me. My mother passed away 32 years ago when she was just 45 years old, right as she was about to embark on the next chapter of her life with a new business and the love of her life.
Her passing became the guiding force behind my entire career. It taught me that life is too short not to follow your dreams and that tomorrow is never guaranteed. This powerful “why” has driven my mission to help creative entrepreneurs build businesses that support their highest expression and deepest desires.
How “Creatives Rule the World” Was Born
The name for this expanded brand came during a goal-setting exercise at an event with Brendon Burchard. When asked, “If you had a big, hairy goal without thinking about how you're going to get there, what would it be?” the first thing that popped into my mind was giving a TED talk about creativity with 20 million views.
Initially, the name that dropped in was “Creatives Run the World,” but after sitting with it, I realized “Creatives Rule the World” better captured my belief that creativity is the driving force behind all positivity and innovation.
There's a reason creativity sits at the top of Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs under self-actualization – it's part of you actualizing your full potential here on earth.
What I'm Calling In (And What I'm Releasing)
With this rebrand, I'm being intentional about the energy I want to attract:
I'm calling in:
- High-vibe, high-energy people who really want to grow
- People who are expansive and ready to invest in their dreams
- Creatives who want to step into their highest potential
I'm releasing:
- Low-vibe, starving artist mentality
- People who don't value what I have to offer
- People who don't value themselves enough to step into their highest expression
