First of all, please don’t ask people to join for “updates.” We all have full inboxes. People want value – not updates.
How can you tie your opt-in offer into your brand transformation? Discounts are great, but you can go beyond that too! For example, if you use healing stones, offer a list of the benefits of each stone you use. Or if you create a wedding or engagement pieces, offer a checklist for what you need to plan your wedding.

Getting actual information from your real customers is one of the best ways to connect with potential ones…
Testimonials and case studies serve slightly different purposes. But they both offer a potential customer a chance to see themselves working with you. If they can relate to the story being shared, suddenly they can understand how and why you’re the perfect person for them to work with!
